Complying with D.Lgs. 185/99 (consumer’s tutelage in distance contracts) the right to withdrawal can be invoked by the Customer within 14 days since product’s delivery; the right to withdrawal is exclusively up to the Customer – consumer, who purchases for aims not connected with his professional activity and thus supplies his tax code together with his personal data upon purchase. The products purchased can be returned with full refund of the payment minus shipping costs. There is also a charge for return shipping

The products must be perfectly intact in every part packaging included. The return must take place exclusively via the courier specified in the request of withdrawal.


A) Exclusion from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal doesn’t apply to Customers who purchase for aims connected with their professional activity and thus who supplied their VAT number.

The right of withdrawal also expires if:

1) the packaging of a product has been damaged or altered by the Customer

2) the product carries ravages of usage, scratches and other proofs that it has been used


B) How to exercise the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised through sending, within the above mentioned time, a registered mail to the owner of the website. Such communication must include:
1) number of invoice or number of transport document for which the right of withdrawal is exercised
2) Customer’s express wish to recede from the purchase contract or from a part of it
3) description and codes of the products
4) copy of the purchase document (invoice or transport document) for the order that is rejected
5) Customer’s bank details


If any of the requisites as in points A and B lacks the Vendor won’t grant the right of withdrawal to the Customer. The Customer commits himself to take care of the products for which he wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal with the best care and diligence and to keep them in their original packaging, together with every hardware and software accessory included with every product for example drivers, cables, adapters, plugs etc. After receiving the registered mail with which the Customer expresses his wish to exercise his right of withdrawal, the Vendor will check the above mentioned requisites and will communicate to the Customer the number (called DDR) for returning the products to the Vendor. The Customer commits himself to return the products for which he is exercising the right of withdrawal within 15 days upon receiving the DDR by shipping the goods to the Vendor, and taking care of showing the DDR on the outside of the package. Costs and risks of the shipping are borne by the Customer. Returning products that are not intact, damaged or thorn out, or lacking of accessories won’t be accepted by Vendor and will be returned to sender with rise of transport expenses. Vendor will proceed with refunding the payment as soon as possible after receiving goods that conform to what is expressed above.
